30 Days Free Returns

farmrio offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. To begin any return, you must contact our customer service team first for return instructions and return details.

30-day return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original order delivery date. Return requests must be started within this 30-day window.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the condition requirements below.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned with original tags attached, when applicable.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, when available.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, stains, fragrance, alteration, or damage after delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or order information may be required to review the return.

Non-returnable items

Some items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or required return details.
  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or similar non-physical items.
  • Personal-care, hygiene-sensitive, or intimate items that are opened, worn, or used.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, or a return is required by applicable law.

Refund process
